    That video also talks about how above a certain level of pay performance tends to drop. I’m reading a book that says that negative effect of too much pay seems to apply for CEOs as well. Dr John Shields of Uni of Sydney examined the CEO pays and company performance of the 150 largest Australian companies and discovered that more remuneration delivers less performance and less remuneration delivers more performance.
